Neelam Kapoor, an inspiration and mentor to many in the marketing and communications domain, currently leads Black Box as Vice President of Marketing. With three decades of strong domain experience and ingenious insights, she has successfully navigated the mammoth task of rebranding Black Box (formerly AGC Networks) globally. At present, Black Box is recognized as a key IT solutions provider across the globe.
Neelam started her career with a post-graduate degree from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies in India. As Publisher at Paprika Media, she was instrumental in the launch and expansion of the global Time Out brand across various cities in India.
While working at Aegis Limited, Neelam enabled marketing communications, brand strategy, architecture, and sales support for the technology, engineering, and shared services business units.
Neelam is a 16-year veteran in marketing at the Essar Group. At AGC Networks, she set the foundation for its Marketing, Communications, and PR functions along with alliance marketing, and internal communications.
Neelam has also launched various esteemed brands including Aptech Limited (Arena Multimedia, Aptech Computer Education, ISP brand Tring Tring), Time Out Bengaluru, Time Out Delhi, and CYBER-i, among others.
Neelam is felicitated with the “Enterprise IT 100 Best Marketing Minds” award for her exemplary work in the marketing industry.
